Can't Download DXi V1000 User Guide - Serial Number not Found

I got a copy of the free trial DXi V1000 and received an email from Quantum containing a serial number and product key.  I am trying to download the User Guide for the appliance, but after I paste in my serial number and click the Accept button a message indicates:

Serial number not found.

In order to access this material you must provide a valid
DXi Series serial number:

How can I get a copy of the User Guide?  Thanks.   -G.

Hi Glenn,

Standard Edition customers can receive all documentation here on Forum-V. Just look at the Resources tab above and you will find the docs you need.

Thanks, Mark, I did find the User Guide.  Now I would like to look at the Symantec NetBackup OST Configuration Guide (document #6-67079), but that doesn't seem to be among the downloads.  How can I get a copy?  Thanks again.   -G.
