license file for a dxiv1000 behind a file wall

Hello,

I have just installed a new DXi V1000 in a lab behind a firewall. There is no internet connction in this environment.Of course I have have the serial key and the product number of the new system. How is the procedure to request a serial number by e-mail or by phone?
