This alert can be raised if the initial filesystem consistency check (fsck) that vmPRO runs against the source VM disk reports any errors. In cases like this, scheduled backup policies will proceed and file level access in \\vmPRO\files will remain available, however the internal SmartRead/Progressive Optimization feature for the guest NTFS or EXT block data will be disabled.

You should be able to resolve this alert by running an internal chkdsk or fsck filesystem repair on the guest filesystem:

It is strange that I got similar messages only once and later I could not have any more of these messages. In the meantime, I have not made internal filesystem repair.
