update fails
The update on our appliance fails. No other error messages are presented, just the one stating upgrade failure.
However, the appliance still displays 'software updates are available' in the gui screen!! We are running 3.1.x

Hello Bill,
This was a bug at 3.1.x code.
Here is the workaround.
Access the vmPRO cli by using a ssh program (like putty) and ssh to the IP address of the vmPRO.
Log in with he same user name and password you use to reach the vmPRO GUI.
Then run this command from the command line: system upgrade
