The latest version of nifskope does not have an Import option for .obj files (greyed out) and I tried using an older version (1.2.0a2.dev11) but it gives me a stack of errors when I try to load the nif file in, and I don't see any objects, only its nodes. I'm sure NifTools will release proper nif scripts for Blender 2.6 when they've finished decoding the Skyrim nif file format. It will not be as simple as that.
