Unable to backup partial

Hello all,My Vmpro Appliance is unable to do partial backups.I have vCenter 5.5 and ESXi 5.5, i have CBT enabled on all VMs to backup.Can anyone help?Regards.Continue

Hello,

I have vmpro for two years working well, yesterday i got the following error on some backups.

smartcp: Error writing file. (buffer 0x7fa7cc0008c0, count 131072, offset 7267680256) : Input/output error Error writing file. (buffer 0x7fa7cc0008c0, count 131072, offset 7267680256) : Input/output error

Can someone help?
