Black wire to the black connector and other colour wire to the red connector. Plug in the tap transformer and switch it on. Connect the keg coupler to your keg, you will need to make sure the coupler is fitted to the keg before pushing down on the handle. Check for any leaks in the system. Align the two coupler lugs with the corresponding openings in the keg valve. Step 3. Insert the keg coupler and turn clockwise to engage into position. (About 90 degrees) Step 4. Press the handle downward (on). This will allow gas to enter the keg and beer to flow out of the keg. Step 5. Now open the faucet and draw beer. Disconnect the empty keg from the tapping system and proceed with its depressurization, as indicated in the "Depressurization Instructions" section. Pull the handle back and up. You should hear the coupler unseat the keg. Next, turn the coupler a quarter-turn counterclockwise until the coupler disengages the keg. Make sure the beer faucet is in the off position prior to tapping. Remove the dust cover from the beer keg. Make sure the keg coupler handle is in the up (off) position. Turn coupler body 1/4 turn clockwise; the tavern head is now secured to keg. Pull lever handle out and push down to open beer and CO2 ports in keg. Step 3: Attach tap faucet. Use the spanner wrench and rubber washer when securing the faucet tap in place for a firm attachment to the kegerator tap tower.
