Quantum Forum for DXi V5000
VMDK Deployment?
I'm deploying the appliance right now. I see it has created 9 VMDKs (along with 4 vnics).
I deployed these onto local storage but had to use thin provisioning as I don't quite have 2.5TB available. I'm deploying a NAS alongside the server.
My question is this: Should I prep the NAS first as an NFS store and THENdeploy the entire DXi appliance to that store in vmware?
Or do I keep things as is and have the virtual appliance reference the NAS store after the fact?

If possible prep the NAS first and then deploy the v1000 onto the same data store hosted by the NAS.
