size of DXi 1000 Folder
hello
i config the DXI1000 .and i make a folder with 1TB Capacity .
when i copy a backup exec file in that folder or any other files . the size of source and target are same .
in my DXI console showe duplicaiton Done .(size before duplicaiton 9Gb. Size after duplicaiton 5.9GB)
but size of the file doesn't change in that folder and it likes source file .
dose my DXI1000 works properly ?!

Yes, your DXi is working fine.
When you look at the data in the folder the DXi will always present that data to you in the native (raw) size even though it is de-duplicated. The DXi does this because your backup software would not be able to recognize the de-duplicated data.
