Quantum vmPRO Report - old alerts still on reports
We have our vmPRO set up to send a daily report, but it is still showing alerts from last week even though we cleared them in the management page. Is there a way to get the reports to stop showing the old alerts?

What version are you using please? Do the alerts still show in the GUI lower panel 'Alert History'? What section of the email reporting do you still see the alerts under?

We are running version 3.0.1. The alerts were showing in the lower panel, but were marked as cleared. They have since stopped appearing on the reports and have vanished from the lower panel. They were showing on the report under the alerts from log section. In most programs I've used, once part of a log is reported on, it doesn't get reported again unless the alert is still active so I wasn't sure if this was by design.
