problem with LTO-7 drive and LTFS for windows 8

i have a problem with a new quantum LTO-7 drive and i dont know where to post it !

hope this is the right place

anyway i bought quantum LTO-7 INTERNAL TC-L72AN-BR drive and LSI 9211-4i (sas card)

download the driver and windows detected the driver

then i installed the ltfs version 3.0

and opened LTFS Configurator to get this message

and this message when i open LTFSCheckWizard

if this is the wrong forum please tell me where to go i am new to the tape drives

Hello MJ,

Quantum's Small Library Team team supports the stand alone drives and LTFS.

You can call 1-800-284-5101 and open a case using the serial number of the drive and get assistance.
