Quantum Forum for DXi V5000
Online install + offline use afterwards?
I noticed the online requirement.
1. Howto safely connect an offline system, that has no security measurements in place? This is an issue unless you have prepared for it.
2. Can DXi-V1000 be used in an offline environment, since this is an absolute requirement here? Cannot get a safer server environment than keeping it offline.
How can this product be configured regarding this offline requirement?
3. The other base product vmPRO - does it have the same online installation requirement?

However. I have now attempted performing the Dark Site download. However, it leads you to the vmPRO product and installation guide. Confusing!
So now that I received an extra e-mail using the "mosaic" providing the DXi-V1000 key. Where do I find a Guide for implementing the DXi-V1000 then?
I might have the key for it now, but why isn't there a guide also for DXi-V1000 within the "mosaic" ?

You can click on the resources tab and you will see links for all the documentation for vmPro and DXi v1000. Among the documentation is the quick start guide and user guide for the DXi v1000.

You can register your account on Mosaic.quantum.com using the Product Key that was mailed to you.
After registering, you can then download the full product LICENSE (which is just a really long string of characters) from Mosaic.
Once you have that long set of characters, you then enter that into the V1000 GUI.
