When I go to log in I get the following:

PLEASE WAIT... The system is either busy with a previous request or in the
process of restarting the web-based interface.

This may take several minutes!

Warning     If the system still appears to be unresponsive after
waiting several minutes, please contact Quantum
Customer Service. Do not reboot unless advised to
do so by your customer service representative.

I have waited an hour and it still says this. When look at the console it is throwing several messages every couple of minutes saying "Read-only file system"

Was the system forcibly shutdown aside from initiating shutdown in the web interface or CLI? It may be trying to run an internal consistency check. 

What type of datastore is the v1000 running on? Is it heavily loaded?

Sorry for the late reply. I have HP looking at this issue. We believe this to be a storage problem.
