Any chance that the networking infrastructure changed at the switch or VMware-level?

Did you attempt to change the DXi's networking?

This sounds a lot like an error where the core networking has changed and the system can't bring up the StorNext File System, which runs at the core of the DXi.

Hi, nothing changed in my vmware infrastructure. I googled this error and it seeams to be like an hdd failure.

But i can't access directly to console! it refuse all credential

I dont know that you will get what you want from this access however.  Are the datastore the v1000's phyiscal disks OK?
