Quantum Forum for DXi V5000

need license key for dxiv1000 i have only serial and product number

Dxiv1000 is on intranet environment behind proxy.

No proxy web configuration is allowable on dxiv1000 so no license key because license server is unreachable.

Does someone can help me ?

Hello Christian,

Can you provide the serial number for the DXi v1000? I should be able to provide a license key once I have that information.
