Microsoft SQL Backup\Restore

Hi all,

I would like to know what is the type of integration available for MS SQL with VMPro  VSS provider in place? Is there a Restore Console like for Exchange ?

Hello Nassri,

VSS is used in conjunction with MS SQL servers to quiesce the MS SQL database before a snapshot is pulled. However there is no database level restore function, you would simply restore the entire VM.
