I am testing a DXi V1000 virtual appliance, however I am unable to get me license key.  The site seems to be down with message:

"Unable to connect to database"

and from with the appliance console I have the error E6023656.

The serial number of my device is CX1527CAD00289.

Looking forward to some help.
