Quantum Forum for DXi V5000

Trying to get my licenses for DXi V1000 and vmPRO and getting this from:

https://mosaic.quantum.com/

Unable to connect to database.

Anyone else getting this?

So far, not impressed with support/customer service from Quantum on these solutions.  Seems to me this is not very well supported.

I checked as well and see that it is down. I will send out a few emails and determine how long or why the site is down.

It's actually been down for over a week.  Last week the site was up, but you could not log into it.  It would just pause after entering your credentials.

Hard to believe that a company like Quantum doesn't know their licensing site is down for over a week.

We'll get to the bottom of it. As soon as I have more information for you I will update this post.

Confirmed that the site is being actively worked on. I do not have an ETA of when the issues will fully be resolved but as soon as I know more I will update this post.

Per what Jerry indicated, the licensing site is down and our team is working on it right now.

We will attempt to inform you of when the product is back up.

As a note, the Standard Edition of DXi V1000 and vmPRO are only supported via the community site. Enterprise Editions of the product are supported up to a 24x7 level via phone and Email support.

This post had more to do with the licensing site that has been down for a week.  That site is used for all editions of these products and is obviously not monitored by Quantum on a regular basis.

Can you verify that you can retrieve your vmPRO and DXi v1000 licenses and let me know?

Yes, I was able to log in and retrieve my licenses.
