Is this for a V5000 trial? We don't have any extended license options for that. If it's for an earlier V system, like V2000 or V4000, contact your Quantum sales representative.

Now it was possible to activate the system via webpage

The V5000 trial is still downloadable, but has a limited license span.

The V2000 and V4000 are still licensable through quantum.
