Trying this:
-> Utilities -> Diagnostics -> System Diagnostics File -> Generate New.

This I have left running for over 12 hours.
It gets to the 4th "Collecting -systemd-info- - and then sits there forever.

How do I reset this system such that it is able to be reset / cleared out and allow for this process to complete
As any time I perform a system update - it will start this process - then never finish - so I will never be able to update the firmware.
