Please see the Email that I just sent to you with installation instructions.

I have same problem:

"QSys_Activate failed: Activate: Couldn't fetch key from activation server. (E6023656)"

Into email I see only these informations:

"IMPORTANT: DO NOT DISCARD

V1000 Serial Number: CX1346CAXXXXXXX
V1000 Product Key: CX134-6CAD0-XXXX-YYYYY"

no files or other informations attached to email (as vmPRO).
