CIFS export folder not appearing

Hi there.

I have connected the vmPRO application to my vCenter and can see that all VM's are set to be exported.

However when I then connect to the CIFS share from a Windows client I do not see the export share.

I see other shares - import, recover, support, etc - but the export share is not there.

Any ideas what may be wrong ?

Hello Whip,

I have not see that issue before. Have you tried a UNC path to (IPaddress_of_vmPro/export? If so does anything display?

Would also try running a discover now job via the vmPro GUI from the Operations tab at the top right and then check the UNC path again.

Thanks for the reply Jerry.

It was an old installation I had inherited where the licence had expired.

I've subsequently installed the latest release and the export share and storage options are now available.

The problem I have now is that when clicking the link to get a licence it takes me to the following page...

...which requests I login - but I do not have an account and nor is there an option to setup an account.
