Quantum Forum for DXi V5000

Good afternoon.
Recently install the latest version of dxi-v1000. I can not access via http. Until this new installation dxi I entry to via http: \ \ dxi-v1000, after the upgrade I can not enter.
Someone can tell me that I have to do.

Try clearing the web browser cache.

Also try accessing the GUI via the IP address of the DXi instead of the DNS name, verify that the IP address did not change when you ran the upgrade.

Can you ping the DXI via IP address and DNS name?

Good afternoon Jerry. Thank you very much for your quick response.
I've tried all the above: Clearing the web browser cache. I can ping the DXI vía IP address. The IP is the same, didn't change when I ran the upgrade.

Only that I could access before http: \ \ 172.16.128.250, as simple as that and not now.
Via Windows Explorer I see the files I access daily deduplicated backups. But I can not access the web console.
The truth is I do not understand what can happen.

I did a bit of further investigation. Are you using IE 10 on Windows 2008 If so, try using FireFox or Chrome and see if you can access the web GUI via a different browser.

Can you ping the DXi via its DNS (host) name? If not then open a web browser and type in the IP address of the DXi and see if the web GUI is available, could be an issue with the DNS settings that just needs to be resolved.

Found that these devives only seem to talk on the local network after the initial configuration. Gateway doesn't seem to work , so try from a computer on the same vlan/subnet where your v100 resides.After seperating the management from the data networks , it seemed to now be accessable from other subnets.
