Hello All!

I have a pair of v5000 Community Edition VMs running on Hyper-V. Both were initially installed from the QTM-DXiV-DVD-centos7-4.9.0-Build21.iso. Today, I attempted to upgrade both to the latest QTM-DXiV-upd-centos7-4.9.2.1-Build17.

One went well:

Home screen: 4.9.2.1 (995fb5cd-64846069a Build17)

Info from ServiceLogin:

Service Ticket: ERROR: not running, mismatch Base (4.9.2.1) and App (4.9.0) versions.

Tried re-installing upgrade, which fails:

Unpacking software bundle.
Invalid upgrade or version mismatch.
Failure to upload and verify the downloaded software image.

Any ideas from the community?
