vmPRO does not support Incremental backups, but it does support Full and Differential (when using CBT) backups. In vmPRO 3.1 you could create policies to run a CBT differential on each hour, that would get you close to your objective. If you send these backups to a DXi storage appliance they will be deduplicated such that you are effectively storing only incremental (unique) data on disk.
