I'm attempting to download V1000 docs using the serial number I received via email and it's stating that it's not valid. Anyone else having this issue?
As a Standard Edition customer, you need to use the documentation that is available here on Forum V. The documentation URLS on Quantum's Web site are for Enterprise Edition customers (i.e. those who have purchased DXi V1000 support contracts).
Please see the RESOURCES tab at the top of the Forum V site.
Also note, we have just released a brand new DXi V1000 version 2.2.1 that is a mandatory upgrade for all customers and must be installed before April 30 to ensure continued operation of your DXi V1000.
