We may have been doing some maintenance on that site, but the link you posted, the second one, works for me. Try again and let me know if you still struggle and we can check it out internally.
I can get to the second site, but putting in my serial number gives me "Unit Not Found" Re-reading the instructions off the v1000 license wizard leads me to believe I have to have success with the url sent me in my original email but that just goes to a blank page.
