DXiV1000 - Data Size After Reduction Not Updating

I've deleted a share that contained 49GB of data. Data size before reduction shows 0GB, but Data Size after reduction is still showing 40GB. How can I get this to reset to 0?

Is the deleted data still showing in reclaimable space? If so you will need to run a manual compaction job to move the data from reclaimable space to free space which should then show zero for everything.

To run a manual compaction job access the customer facing CLI and run this command syscli --start compaction
