Could you please help me with my newly installed DXiV 1000? :)

I have downloaded and installed it to a vmware enviroment, where the internet connection is not possible. So my problem is to get the license key. 

I tried to call the EMEA support, the guy was really nice and told me I need to write an e-mail to the licenses@quantum.com. 

I wrote the mail for the address but I got a mail a out, I need to use a web address to get the key. But it works only for StoreNext products.

May I ask somebody to help me to get the key?
