Quantum Forum for DXi V5000

error smartcp: error: os error 5 accessing /recover/images/xxxxxxxx

I am trying to restore a VM and I get error:
error smartcp: error: os error 5 accessing /recover/images/xxxxxxxx

I am able to restore other VM guess fine.  Just having with one in particular.  All backup save points seem to fail with the same error. 

Please advise.

Hello VLC,

Are you trying to restore using the 'Recover Virtual Machines' wizard?

Are you trying to restore from a DXi? If so, are you using NFS or CIFS?

Did you have CBT enabled for the VM you are trying to restore?

Yes I am using the Recover Virtual machine wizard and I manually select the VM.
NFS on a DXI is used.  CBT is enable however the VM's are turned off so no change since last full backup.
