It is a way of listening, which provides resonance to those voices, which resist and are often silenced by the dominant patriarchal narrative. Our starting point is the Listening Guide: a method of collecting and analyzing qualitative data, first developed by Dr. Gilligan in the 1990's and refined over the following decades. The Listening Guide approach can act as a guide for researchers who are making sense of the data.
