Free DXi V1000 Download - can you resend license key and serial

Hello,

i have requested the free DXi V1000 from http://forms.quantum.com/Software/V1000/download.aspx some time ago but I got no email with the license key because of email server problems on our site.

When I try to request the free DXi V1000 again, I got the warning:

Sorry, our records show that you have already been assigned a license key and serial for this download.

Quantum, is it possible to resend me the license key?

Hello Josef,

Do you still have serial number of the DXi v1000? If so I can check and most likely provide the license key.

no, I have nothing, because the the email of my first request did not arrive. But the Quantum system think I have a license key.

To get a new serial number and license key, you could fill out the request from again, but just use a different email address.
