Quantum Forum for DXi V5000

Cannot download guides

When trying to download Product Installation Guides and Product Use Guides from http://www.quantum.com/serviceandsupport/softwareanddocumentationdo... I'm asked for a Serial Number.

I enter the Serial Number I received when I signed up for the Free Version of DXi V1000, and it tells me my serial number is not valid.

Am I missing something?
Being a free user, should I be downloading from somewhere else?
