License key for DXi V1000

Hello, can you tell me where I can get a product key for a DXi V1000? I did not receive an email when I downloaded it the other day.

Any answers to this? I have the V1000 serinal number but missing the Product key?

Hi. Provided a New email adr, then I got the Product ket.
