I went through the process of entering my name, email information etc for downloading the DXi V1000 software appliance. I was able to download the software but did not receive the email with the serial number and product key. When I try to redo the download process the webpage responds with a message indicating I have already downloaded the software. Called into support and they won't open a case without a serial number which I don't have because I didn't get the email. Any suggestions on how to get a new serial / product key email? Can I use a serial number - product key I have previously used on another appliance?
